“I have been banking with TruMark for almost 10 years but my grandfather joined when it was first founded by Bell Telephone members when he worked for them and it has taken me this long to finally write a review and for that I am sorry. TruMark and their employees are amazing and kind. Every time I have had an issue whether it is withdrawals, stolen cards, loans, and even general questions they have gone above and beyond to provide great service. I finally wrote this review because recently I was scammed by a clothing company and never received product and finally reached out to TruMark for help. Although I do not know which location she is at I hope she sees this, Suzy (hopefully it’s spelled right) worked with me over the phone twice and once while I was away on vacation to help me through the process of filing a dispute and making sure I did what I needed to on my end to ensure they had all the info they needed. Thanks to TruMark and Suzy they fought for me and I did receive all my money back when I’ve spoken to others who did not. That is why I will always trust in and continue banking with TruMark! Thank you Suzy! I will be following up with a phone call at lunch time to thank her personally!”

“Now I have lived in Pennypack my whole, life TERRY AND Cheryl are always cheaper more than happy, go out of their way and are always in good moods and I always leave they're in great spirits after seeing, them and talking to them. Unfortunately I had to close my account and open up a new one at a different bank I don't want to. But I was kind of left with no option, whatever you do do not deal with trans union whatsoever, I don't know how they got my information but sometimes they're hitting my account up to three times in a month at $22.44 a pop they have been doing it forever now, had no problems when it was Pennypack credit union... I was basically told that there's nothing they can do that I'm basically up shits creek without a paddle, now all adds up to over 1500$ thAt IS ALOT OF MONEY!!!! Especially when you're getting hit up all the time without knowing it. I have no credit, nor do I have any credit cards so that right there says it all. When I call these people all they do is bounce me around and give me excuses and you can't understand a word they say because they're all foreigners, and when you asked them to speak clearer they just sound worse, then have the balls to ask me for my SS Number over the phone and then tell me well there's no way they can help me, so I ask HOW ON GODS GREEN EARTH DID THEY GET MY BANK INFO, let alone STEAL MY MONEY!!! They all have HORRID REVIEWS..... like I said I have no credit or a credit card yet they're telling me I had to do it, that's the only way. Which is a lie, do I feel like something could've been done further if yes I do, but I had to close my account, and now becoming a member at citizens.... like I said TERRY, Cheryl, Doug, holly, Are good people and really try but like I said every time I would go to the credit union I always leave with a smile on my face thank you for that ladies!!!!!”

“Team at Horsham are very helpful, friendly and professional. Convenient location for in and out, though there is not a drive through. Automatic coin counter has no service fee for members. The covered ATM is available up front, which is also need service fee for members. Intrest rates, loan rates, and sevice fees are very competitive, better than most banks. My only issue is with the functionality of trumarks website, which has been an on going.”

My debit card didn't arrive in the alotted time frame, so I went to the credit union and one was created for me quickly, on the spot. Since opening my account, it's been nothing but blue skies.
