“If you want cold, sterile and unhelpful- go anywhere else. If you want to be treated like a valuable human, Stanley's is the place to go.
When you walk in, they ask how they can help you. When you tell them, they will explain any other supplies you may need as well. They are the perfect consultants. We also had an antique lamp that required some repairs. Someone else wanted to take it home as a side project. It came out far better than we expected.
On top of hiring locals and having staff who have been around for ages, it's a breath of fresh air going in there. I can't recommend them enough.”

I ordered a track guide which i could not find anywhere else in stock, and received it promptly, but it was damaged in shipping. Wrote the company about the damage just to make them aware of the packaging. Well they send me another complete replacement set with no hassles. Its really nice to still do business with people who actually care about their customer service. Can't go wrong with a company like this, and i highly recommend them to anyone needed wood working tools.”
