Dealing with my migraine medication and injectables has been challenging, involving multiple interactions between my neurologist's office, the pharmacy, and my insurance provider, Optum.The ongoing issue was primarily due to Optum RX. As I juggled school and work, the delays were causing withdrawal symptoms and exacerbating my stress, which triggered my migraines. I was on the verge of giving up on the constant back-and-forth. However, JOANNE AND AMY collaborated with my neurology office and Optum RX. While I didn't receive approval for my original prescription quantity, I am genuinely pleased with the outcome because I rely on these medications to function.Village Pharmacy At Springhouse has become my second home, and everyone here treats me like family.
