“Took a bracelet I bought on Etsy here to have it evaluated and it was a knock off. Associate was so patient and friendly (this was my first Pandora purchase). I bought online and picked order up in store but she showed me how to put on and off the bracelet and charms (one charm being a tad difficult). Loved the service and inventory so much, came back a few days later and bought some more charms. The online order was not ready yet but an associate was kind enough to pick the order herself and was friendly about it too! Definitely see why this store is always so busy. Looking forward to going back!”
