“So I qhad stopped in to shop for graduation gifts for 2 teens. I knew I wanted rings but of course changed my mind on what style I wanted. I was originally helped by Brianna and the Manager Tracey. They offered a bunch of different styles and layering styles I could choose. They were very patient and helpful. I went back and forth a bit which they had no problem with. I decided what I was getting and wanting engraving. There were a couple customers ahead of me for that service so Brianna offered to clean my Pandora jewelry as I had mentioned to her that I had gone to several stores a while back in the PA areas and not a single one was able to clean my pieces as they either had a broken machine or were waiting for something for the machine to get it up and running and they have just been waiting. While she was cleaning the pieces the engraving area opened up and I needed some help as my hubby and son both ditched me to get some coffee lol. A nice young lady name Maya then assisted me with the engraving process. I had 2 pieces and she helped with the size the font making sure it popped on the pieces. They came out really nice. I then was putting my jewelry back on and started chatting with another young lady Laura she was super sweet as well. I had the pleasure of being assisted by 3 lovely ladies and chatted with the 4th. They were all super attentive, professional and sweet! I advised That I'd been to this location before and the last time the staff definitely didn't measure to this experience. Thanks ladies. Brianna and Tracey hopefully I'll have the pleasure of seeing you two at this location again. Maya and Laura I'll see you again. Thank you all , you do a great job and I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of ladies to help me!😃🤩”
