“I've been coming here over the last year and every visit is an absolute delight! The service is exceptional and I appreciate that they take the time to break down and explain everything to me. Also, the prices are very fair! All of the techs and the manager are very kind, friendly, and professional even when dealing with difficult customers. Today I watched them handle a customer who was clearly trying to cause a scene to get a discount. Despite the unreasonable and unnecessary behavior, the techs remained completely calm, polite, and professional. I was highly impressed with how they handled the situation and can say I have never met a better group of guys! I wouldn't have anyone else work on my vehicle. 10/10 will continue to be a returning loyal customer!”

“So my good friend has been going to A to B for years and recommended them. Alexa is wonderful to deal with, warm, friendly and knowledgeable whenever you call to schedule your appt. They got us right in! We had our AC fixed and an overall check of the vehicle.
We got a detailed explanation of their inspection and what was going on with the vehicle and possibly what might be happening down the road (currently 115,000 miles), and they even gave an estimate so we knew what we'd be looking at cost-wise, which was very helpful. “I'm new to the area and took my car here for the first time for inspection. I've been ripped off in the past with other garages, telling me I need to replace perfectly good parts that arent actually bad, so I'm always skeptical. They called me to tell me I had a few bulbs out, which I completely forgot to check before I took it in. Other than that, everything was good. They replaced the bulbs and called to tell me my car was ready, and didn't charge an arm and a leg for replacing a few bulbs.
