“Fantastic experience buying a vehicle from my first phone call to pulling it off of the lot. I called in to check availability and Brian Gray picked up my call. Brian is a fantastic salesman. Not pushy, very knowledgeable, and acted more like advisor than a pushy stereotypical salesman. Everyone in the dealership that I interacted with were professional and friendly. You can tell everyone enjoys working with each other. I have no doubt that if I called with a question and Brian wasn’t available, whomever I would speak with would address my questions and not just take a message.
Matej in the Finance Department was great as well. He found me an aggressive rate for a pre owned car and did a great job presenting options to protect it for years to come. Very thorough, friendly l, and efficient.
The detail department also did a great job preparing the vehicle. For a six year old car, it looks brand new both inside and out.

“I went here with my girl since she was looking for a used vehicle and the customer service was great. The vehicle we purchased was so clean that I told her to go for it. The price was a little over the book value but the super clean condition of the vehicle made us paid for it. The lady Melanie wa very helpful with the transaction. I been in the auto industry all my life and after going to about 10 other places. We made the purchase at Senda Auto. I wouldn't recommend no used car lot to nobody since used vehicles are very dangerous to purchase if you don't know nothing about the market and mechanical but they got a great selection of used vehicles on their lot right on North 6th st Reading PA. Just make sure to check your vehicle and your documents before anything and like I said if I ever need to buy again definitely I will stop by Senda Auto again.”

Dave was quick to respond to my questions before we even stopped in, and once there, the atmosphere was refreshingly low pressure. We had plenty of time to thoroughly look over the car, ask questions, and take a test drive without ever feeling rushed. Both Dave and Andrew were incredibly personable and easy to work with. Since we already had financing lined up, the entire process was smooth and efficient—we were in and out in about two hours. Highly recommend!”
