“I cannot say enough good things about the team at Jiffy Lube in Sinking Spring! I came in for what I thought would be a routine oil change and tire rotation, and ended up getting service that went so far above and beyond my expectations.
During the inspection, the crew discovered I had a rodent problem under the hood — something I had absolutely no idea about. Instead of just shrugging it off or sending me on my way with a warning, John Penta and his team took the time to do a complete and thorough cleanup. They handled the whole situation with professionalism, care, and zero judgment (because honestly, I was mortified).
John runs a tight ship and clearly leads by example. His team was friendly, communicative, and walked me through everything they found and everything they did to fix it. They could have easily charged me a fortune or upsold me on services I didn't need — instead, they just took care of the problem like it was no big deal.
This is the kind of honest, customer-first service that's hard to find anywhere these days. If you're anywhere near Sinking Spring and need work done on your car, do yourself a favor and go see John and the crew at Jiffy Lube. You won't regret it.

“We got a flat tire on the PA Turnpike. Stopped at closest tire repair shop which happened to be Mavis Tire in King of Prussia. They plugged our tire, put it back on car, put spare and jack back in place and check air in all tires! All done in 20 minutes so we could get back on the road! Highly recommend!”

“I've been coming here over the last year and every visit is an absolute delight! The service is exceptional and I appreciate that they take the time to break down and explain everything to me. Also, the prices are very fair! All of the techs and the manager are very kind, friendly, and professional even when dealing with difficult customers. Today I watched them handle a customer who was clearly trying to cause a scene to get a discount.
