“What can I say? This is my first time joining a gym and I am very pleased that I have. Carrie is awesome. She introduced me to the equipment and how to use is. After 4 months of working out, I found a problem area that I needed to work on. She made herself available to show me what exercise I needed to do to improve the area even though she was working with a class when I walked in the door. The gym has a very possitive atmosphere. One of the best things is, I can go anytime I want, even on a saturday evening when I need to get that workout in for the week.”
