I purchased a car from Keller Bros because of a young gentleman who had much sincerity and transparency in his customer experience and commitment. His name was Joel. It was because of Joel that I purchased a truck from this establishment. While I appreciated the support systems behind him that ultimately made the deal work to where I would sign it... the golden egg was Joel.. Having people like him on the front lines really make an impression. “I couldn’t be more impressed with this repair shop from start to finish. The quality of the repair was exceptional—they are absolute wizards with cars. After the repair, my vehicle warms up and reaches operating temperature faster than it ever did before. My car looks basically brand new since the crash and operates incredibly smoothly. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was such an amazing extra touch—I’m honestly obsessed with the scent and would love to know what cleaning solution they used!
The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely communicative. They took the time to explain the entire insurance process, including how they worked directly with my insurance company regarding the supplemental quote. They were also very transparent about what insurance would and wouldn’t cover (like not paying for a new battery) and kept me informed about when my car would be done. I especially loved their text messaging program that sent regular updates—it made everything so easy and stress-free.
My car was ready on the date they promised, and even better, it was finished just before closing so I could pick it up the same day. They also explained how they work alongside Enterprise, which allowed me to leave my rental there and drive my car home without worrying about finding rides or extra accommodations.
I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone—and I already have to friends and family. The entire process was seamless, I always felt informed, and the results exceeded my expectations. Truly top-tier service and workmanship!”

“Unfortunately some lady ended up backing into my car in a parking lot. She laid her vehicle on top of my front driver side section (headlight, fender, bumper, hood) I am super particular about my car and this was a disappointment to me. I searched around for the best body shop in the area. Read hundreds of reviews and came upon Tim’s Body Shop. Let me tell you, this place is phenomenal. From the day I called in and found out they have late days/hours of the week to make it easier for those who work a 7am-5pm schedule…. To meeting Mike Burkholder who handled my claim from start to finish…. To getting backorder parts at a reasonable amount of time. Tim’s body shop has the greatest customer satisfaction, professionalism, well-organized business you can ask for. I was well informed of my car and the outcome of it is far from disappointing.
