“Absolutely the best body shop I’ve ever been to. Tim’s was helpful and communicative every step of the way. When the insurance company wanted to make me get a used and scratched up replacement bumper instead of a new one, Tim’s worked it out for me and got the appropriate new one covered. The repair was completed and done in one day, and when I picked it up I was surprised to find that they not only washed the vehicle, but they had detailed the inside (looked like it just rolled off the car lot), left me a complimentary water bottle, and left a frisbee for my daughter on her car seat. They are professional and did great work, with the kind of above and beyond customer service I haven’t seen anywhere in decades. Can’t recommend enough!”

“I couldn't be happier w/ the service there at Dale Lee's. Jeff is a great guy to work with. He keeps you up to date on what's going on w/ your vehicle and he did a lot of the communicating w/ my insurance for me (Erie Insurance). It took a little longer than planned but that's because they are thorough in their work.
Apparently, it took me a little while to get in there w/ my vehicle b/c many folks have been hunting deer with their vehicles (much to their chagrin).
In any case, 5/5 stars from me.”
“From start to finish the experience I had with Paul was fantastic. He was able to repair both our vehicles while we were away on vacation. Also, the workmanship was excellent. The one vehicle was 24 years old so matching the paint was going to be difficult. He left me know that ahead of time so I would be aware. The second vehicle was 16 years old and garage kept so matching the paint was not as difficult. I will definitely use Paul's Body Shop in the future for any paint work I need”
“David was great to work with! They provided great care over the trade in process and got me in a new truck smoothly. They stand behind their work! After a couple weeks of driving the truck I bought from them I found out the batteries were dying, I gave them a call and they got them replaced at no cost to me the same day! “I absolutely recommend Superior to anyone looking for an honest reliable company! These guys are so kind, they definitely know their stuff, and they aren't looking to get as much money out of you as possible, which is why I will continue to use them and recommend them! They have helped me out with different things on different vehicles, on my old 2023 sportage one of my kids decided to open my door into a pole in the garage that left a nice dent but not a large dent, I had gotten an estimate from another collision repair company and it would have cost me between $2000 and $3000 because they were going to take the door off, repaint, all these unnecessary things, Superior it cost me around $500 or less and because there was no damage to the paint where the dent was they were able to pull the dent out (along with a couple other little ones I had noticed before dropping my car off) and you couldn't tell they were ever there when they were done! I just took my current car there because of some light scratches on my hood, head light, and corner of front bumper after being run off the road by someone running a stop sign (we were being watched over that day considering those light scratches were all the damage that was done) and I was in and out in less than a half hour with no remnants of those scratches ever being there when they were done! I hate to say I have a collision repair shop on speed dial (you know with kids and the unexpected incidents that come with driving) but I'm glad to say that at least that collision repair shop is one I completely trust and know that they care about their customers! These guys will always be my go to and I am more than happy to send anyone who is looking for the services they offer to them because they have more than earned this 5 star review every single time I've needed them! A huge thank you and shout out to the guys at superior paint for being everything a company should be, kind, friendly, quick to respond, affordable and not trying to break their customers pocket, honest, and just genuinely good people! Like I always say, I hope I don't ever have to see you again (because if I do that means something else happened to one of our vehicles) but if the need arises I will definitely be back haha!”
“I dropped in on Mike during his lunch to ask for input on a recently dented driver’s side door.
He immediately helped me and tried to get some of the dent out so that I could use the door again.
He was successful and told me it would be ok to drive it across the state (where I was headed to).
