“Absolutely the best body shop I’ve ever been to. Tim’s was helpful and communicative every step of the way. When the insurance company wanted to make me get a used and scratched up replacement bumper instead of a new one, Tim’s worked it out for me and got the appropriate new one covered. The repair was completed and done in one day, and when I picked it up I was surprised to find that they not only washed the vehicle, but they had detailed the inside (looked like it just rolled off the car lot), left me a complimentary water bottle, and left a frisbee for my daughter on her car seat. They are professional and did great work, with the kind of above and beyond customer service I haven’t seen anywhere in decades. Can’t recommend enough!”
