“I would like to acknowledge a Battery Tech by the name of Rafael Perez who had come to help me today with my 2012 Jetta.. I had just returned back to the Lehigh Valley for my father funeral services and my car would not turn over.. I had gotten a lot of work recently done to it and did not think upon my return I would have had any issues.. He had come out to help with a jump … he was unable to get it to register.. which meant my battery was completely drained.. he helped to remove it and suggested to take it to a local Auto Zone as they would have that kind of charger and time needed for that charge.. When I returned back to Auto zone.. I was told that the battery wouldn’t charge.. I had to get a whole new battery.. Rafael had told me he would assist me if I needed help.. and he had.. This gentleman is an asset to your company.. cares about people and genuinely will help .. I thank you Rafael for getting me back on the road again.. it was a long day with this issue.. all comes together with faith .. patience and good people.. please take the time to acknowledge those who help others.. we can be the examples ..”
