“Whenever I needed something from them they responded quickly. Claims were settled in a timely manner. Am the kind of person who shops for insurance every year. Some companies seem to take advantage of you the longer your with them. I can't say that about Butz/Erie. If other companies give you a cheaper rate its only because your not getting the same coverage. If it has wheels I rode or drove it and always felt protected with Erie.”

“I attended graduation ceremony at PPL Center in Allentown and when I went to leave - my car wouldn't start. We had AAA come out but they couldnt jump it. I then reached out to my friend and Erie Agent Ilene Radle and she immediately checked if I had Roadside Assistance on my plan and then told me how to contact them. I am so grateful for her immediate assistance since it is a Saturday and AAA said they couldn't get a tow truck here until tomorrow at the earliest. The towing company is on their way so I am hoping they can help.”
