Members age 60+ and first responders have designated shopping hours to make shopping more convenient. While some areas like the checkout and deli could use modernization and cleaning, many customers find BJ's to be a better and more relaxed place than other warehouse stores. There was a discrepancy with a samsung tv display. It was a different size than described. After much back and forth and a call to a manager; Kanym T. helped me and was very patient with my concerns. I was very impressed with her customer service.
