Was called to come earlier for appointment, had to switch around work schedules. Wait 90 mins to be told one of the tires is unusable and have to come back. Had to drive around on one bald tire and 3 new tires and didn’t get any compensation back for the inconvience . Pay extra for tires and go somewhere more reputable

I went to a bj tire center on Airport rd. Ready pay cash for 4 tires. The manager told it's gonna take 4 days OMG. no wonder businesses are failing. So , I went ack to just buy the tires. Then there is a sign that says, out to Lunch. What, are there Children that work here. Is this the 1970's. Grow up.
