“I've been quite happy with my experiences at this Costco Tire Center. I've had them install tires on at least three of my vehicles and they did a good job each time. I had them look at a slow leak I was having, since there is tire hazard coverage included, but the tire had multiple punctures within a certain distance and the tire had to be replaced. Recently I had them replace TPMS sensors which failed at under three years. They installed the original sensors that I supplied when I had new tires installed, and they worked with me this time to install replacement sensors that I had already purchased, since I had made an appointment, even though the company policy is now to only install the sensors that they sell. Good people working the front desk and on the vehicles. They are always crazy busy here.”

“I dropped in without an appointment. My check gas cap late was on. The lady at the desk didn't report that specific information. When I went out to start my car again it wouldn't start. Christian, the mechanic, was fantastic! He ran the system diagnostic test and figure it out the issue. I was there for 3 hours, but considering I live 20 minutes away it was well worth the wait. I really enjoyed working with Christian, for he is very friendly, and very communicative. I knew exactly what was going on. He was very apologetic about the length of time I had to wait, but I was very happy because my car is fixed and I did not have to worry about getting stuck somewhere because my car would not start. The wait did not affect me at all. I played some games on my phone, read some of my book, and chatted with a fellow customer. I've been coming here for years and I really enjoy the people. I like the fact that I will not be charged for work that does not need completed.”

“I would give it 4.5 stars,the only downfall is that you need a receipt for returns AND the original pricetags, unlike Costco that you need neither one since all purchases are tracked through your membership card.but meats are fresh as well as deli items are fresh and keep longer then most store delis..I like BJ'S alot! Been a member since they opened 20yrs ago!”
