This bank always has a broken ATM, the only one they have by the way. I am one of those people who work from dawn to dusk and when you need to make a deposit or withdraw money you can't because the ATM they have outside is always out of service but

Was very happy to finally have chase bank but they should at least have a parking or open another branch with parking

I have had such a great experience here! I came in and was immediately helped, Courtney is an amazing banker, she was so helpful and explained everything very clearly and made this such a great experience. It makes me excited to be banking with Chase!
