The DHL Express Service Point at Allentown West in Allentown offers international shipping services and next day shipping and delivery. The staff are shipping experts. Customers received amazing service and assistance. Staff helped with questions and made sure everything was in order to ship out the country with no issues. One staff member was super delightful and a wonderful person and an absolutely terrific help for an experience that a customer was otherwise terrified about. Another staff member is excellent, super friendly, and explains everything. Customers did not feel confused at any point. The service is very helpful and fast. Customer service was great. For one shipment, it arrived right on time within 3-5 business days. Another customer needed to send a document to Venezuela. The lady was very helpful and had the patience to help with a long address. She explained what was needed for pickup at a DHL location. The package arrived a day earlier. Changing from a residential address to an access point was very easy. Customers would recommend DHL for international delivery.

I came to pick up a package and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They went above and beyond to get me my package on time. Definitely recommend this Service point and DHL.
