“Great customer service at Staples on Tilghman Square. Dayvan, I think was his name was extremely helpful. I wasn't too tech knowledgeable of the Staples App on my phone, and he was able to install it, explain how to access it, and how it works. I didn't even know that I had accumulated $89 worth of converted points. He also helped me find the right ink for my printer and he was able to deduct my bonus points of $89 off my total. He really made it so pleasant to shop. Thank you Staples for the excellent staff you have. They are truly friendly, helpful and serviceable with a caring smile.”
“This is now my go to mailing hub. The staff is super friendly and they give personalized service. I am always greeted with a smile. They took the time to get to know me and send me my receipts by email which helps me to keep track of them better - no paper to lose. Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. I highly recommend this business!! Keep up the great work.”
