“I ordered the Lovely Lavender Medley arrangement. In the description, it says, “Hand-designed in a clear cylinder vase with cascading greenery all around. . .” The bouquet in the picture looks full. What was delivered was a smaller bouquet in a tall, dark colored vase. This is not what I ordered nor is it what was described. Very disappointed. If the bouquet pictured is a deluxe version, it should be stated in the description.2/12/24 update: I reached out to Rich Mar over the weekend and spoke with John who resent the bouquet with the correct vase. It was received this morning and is as described. I appreciate Rich Mar’s response and have updated my rating. Both deliveries were sent promptly. I do wish the order could have been correct the first time but do appreciate their response to my review.”

“Maria is an incredible florist, she is also the kindest person. We met her right before the death of our grandmother and she spent almost an hour of her time discussing floral designs and showing us the most beautiful reference photos. She is so incredibly talented and patient! Her energy is one filled with love and sweetness. I am so happy that she was the one to do the floral arrangements for my grandmothers funeral and she deserves so many thanks from my entire family! There were so many compliments given in regard to the the flowers. Her arrangements truly truly made the whole painful event a million times better. Even though I cried due to the loss of my loved one, every time I looked at the flowers I thought about how much my grandmother would have loved these arrangements.
