I must say, I’m beyond delighted and thankful to have gotten my water pipe work done by this company because of the 3 employees who performed it.
Since they arrived, WAYDE, RAFAEL and NOAH were super pleasant and amicable; the job was supposed to be “a regular one” until they pigged open the pipe. The pipe was so corroded that it broke while trying to pull it out. That extended their work hour way above the expected. All of the sudden, a house, up 2 houses from mine, got on fire and they didn’t hesitate a bit to drop their tools and ran inside that house. Wayde and Noah helped bringing couple of people out from one house (my neighbor & I at the other house, twin house). They went all around both houses, back yards, windows, making sure nobody was inside until the fire dept arrived. Then went right back to their work and kept on working on their pipe with the same amicability, pleasant personality. Finishing the pipe work at midnight. I take this time to write this small recognition because, despite the frustration I believe they might of about the broken pipe that extended their job like 5 more hours, they didn’t even blink on hesitation to run towards that house on fire, and then return to his job finished it and still (at 12am) were so friendly and willing to explain the work performed and the next day steps to follow. Always with a big smile….Specially Wayde and Rafael whom I interacted the most. Thank you guys!”

“I snuck in near the closing time of the store. I was welcomed quickly and shown where the items I was looking for could be found. I noticed the store manager jumping on a register while trying to get everyone through the checkout lines. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely go again for other hardware needs in the future.”
“I placed an order around 5 PM for a respirator. I got a message that it wouldn’t be available until The next day for a curbside pick up. I called the store and they immediately filled the order. It was a small order just for a respirator, but I needed it for the morning shift so I don’t get sick from all the toxins. I breathe in very happy with the experience.”

“I needed motorcycle wheel bearings in a pinch and non of the motorcycle dealers had them. And my mechanic in the area refered me too this bussiness.And had the correct size. Awesome and. a local business!!!!! No waiting and has a big supply of other tools and loctight. fluid. I'll be back again real soon for rear bearings. Also installed bearings and working great!!!”
“Inside seems like a pretty standard woodcraft with lots of great options that are in well managed/ organized displays. The best part of this store though is their classes and the teachers. Even if you have no experience with woodworking, I can 100% guarantee you will have a wonderful time in any of the classes taught by Vinnie. We have done two turning classes with absolutely no foundational skills but his classes (1 wood Christmas ornament in 2024, 1 resin pen this year 2025) have been a highlight of our holiday season. We look forward to our class and you will too.”

Cashier at pro exit (older lady) was professional...interactive and made small talk. Hire more like her for sales floor. Young guy long hair /hat in tile asile was pleasant and helpful”
