The folks who work here are patient and knowledgeable. They know what they can sell and what will sit around collecting dust. Pay the shop a visit, you never know what kind of cool gem you’ll find at the airport pawn!”

If they can't help you, they can't help you it's just business and shouldn't be taken personally! The manager/owner (I'm assuming) was extremely kind and personable and overall a great help!
Overall, it is a lot better than other pawn shops I have been to in the past within this area. Especially in terms of customer service, they treat you like a friend or family. Many other places in this area treat you like you are an inconvenience to have come in the first place!
At Pawn America INC., I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt like they were more than happy to help, even if it didn't mean a sale. I can see why they are really the only Pawn shop left standing in center city. I will definitely be back when I am looking for a good deal! (:”
