If they can't help you, they can't help you it's just business and shouldn't be taken personally! The manager/owner (I'm assuming) was extremely kind and personable and overall a great help!
Overall, it is a lot better than other pawn shops I have been to in the past within this area. Especially in terms of customer service, they treat you like a friend or family. Many other places in this area treat you like you are an inconvenience to have come in the first place!
At Pawn America INC., I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt like they were more than happy to help, even if it didn't mean a sale. I can see why they are really the only Pawn shop left standing in center city. I will definitely be back when I am looking for a good deal! (:”

“Very knowledgeable. Eric knew his stuff. I unfortunately bought a bullion elsewhere and he helped me confirm the invalidity of it so I got my money back and Eric helped me out super knowledgeable!!! Can’t stress this enough! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!!!!”
