The pharmacist took extra steps to track down the information and get the original scrip filled for me. She took time to talk with me about it first without making me feel rushed. “This pharmacy is like the old Mom & Pop pharmacies. The pharmacist great you every time you enter. They know their customers by name. If you don't have insurance they give you an awsome cash price. If you have insurance but the cash price is cheaper you pay the cash price. Never again will I fill a prescription at one of the big chains that overcharge me. Only one thing that could be improved on is to hire a delivery person that speaks English...but I do get by with my Spanglish.”

“I lost my keys in the store. Didn't realize it, though, until I got to the car with my groceries. I attempted to run back into the store, but the doors had already been locked. That's what I get for checking out as they were closing the store for the night. I frantically knocked and attempted to flag someone down. The manager said they were closed and couldn't escort me in to look for them. I was sanded and felt defeated. My son was cranky and had been crying for about 20 minutes at that point, and I had mostly frozen stuff and produce in my carts, melting in the heat. To my astonishment, the manager had made a phone call and let me in escorted by an employee to begin my search. I retraced my steps and finally found the car keys in some bananas. I graciously thanked everyone and went home. Good work!!”
“Been the better gas station but, this gas station is generally clean and usually not too busy, did you need to work on their parking lot orientation, because the lines for some of the parking block access to the far left gas pumps. They also might need better traffic control because people sipping around the parking lot often get way too close to the people apparently pumps.”

“The pharmacy gets 10 out of 5 stars. I’ve been utilizing the Rite Aid - N. Cedar Crest pharmacy to fill my dog’s medication for about a year now and my experience has been flawless. The medication my dog needs was hard to track down and this pharmacy was the only one who offered to order it when I called to inquire if they had it in stock. The pharmacy techs have always been diligent in making sure it’s ready by the promised date and time. They are always kind and have gone above and beyond to provide stellar customer service.”

“Something has changed at this Walgreens' location--staff was super friendly! Though most convenient, this has not been my favorite Walgreens to patronize. Mostly because staff has historically been indifferent at best, downright rude at worst. Recently, however, on two separate occasions, I've found staff members--including at least one manager--to be warm, friendly, and helpful. On the first occasion, discounts from my Walgreens' rewards weren't reflecting on my bill. This is not unusual, as it seems to happen frequently at all businesses that use rewards. Oftentimes, employees get frustrated and flustered (as do the people in the growing lines behind me) and employees get mad at me, as if it's my fault. The manager was called over and calmly remedied the issue, including calling a second cashier to handle other customers. On the second occasion, I must admit I was in a bad mood, so when the sale item I wanted wasn't on the shelf (even though the online system said it should have been), I was annoyed. The young man stocking shelves was, unfortunately for him, the first employee I encountered. In my scariest mom voice, I asked why the items that were supposed to be there were not. He used his handheld gizmo and said there should be more in the back and went to check. I wanted two, he came back with one, and apologized for the computer system being wrong. I immediately felt guilty because, of course, it wasn't his fault and this intelligent young man killed me with kindness. I thanked him, he told me to have a nice day, and I apologized for being crabby. He accepted my apology with grace. A new Walgreens, indeed.”
