Drive through sign says open but no one working. Go inside and lady tells me this location does not do drive through anymore. How hard is it to turn off the sign then?

I just wanted to give a shout out to Reva for her amazing customer service and being so helpful. I went in needing to exchange coins for cash, and it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be but she made the process a lot smoother.
