“I would definitely recommend using Extra Space storage. The staff were very nice and helpful. I stored my kid’s college things over the summer. There was no long contract needed. They also provide the lock for the unit which you can take with you after you clear your stuff out and reuse on a unit in the future. The inside and outside were well lit and felt safe. Overall it was a really great experience and I would use them again.”

“So far, so good, I haven't moved anything into the unit yet My thanks to the manager I brought the wrong purse , do I didn't have my driver's license with me. The manger was kind enough to allow me to set up the paperwork for the unit anyway .She trusted me to send her a copy of my license when I returned home. This saved me a BIG PROBLEM. Otherwise I would have had to run home for my license and the office would have been closed by the time I got back. It was nice to deal with a human that trusted me to get the license to her.!!!! Sharon is a keeper!!! ,”

“Every single part about moving with a U Box was excellent! Communications from when the box is was going to be dropped and picked up was clear. The drivers on both ends of the move were extremely courteous, friendly, polite and professional! Jowan just picked up our empty container her in NJ. Carmen delivered it yesterday. Fast turn around moved us to empty the container promptly. Compared to renting a 12 foot Penske truck and driving it all the way from Framingham Massachusetts was the same cost as getting this U Box. Thank you for the amazing service”
