I just finished up a wonderful four nights stay at the hotel with multiple rooms booked for a group of ladies. We had a marvelous time. The location is great, surrounded by convenient stores. The staff here are kind and welcoming. Cindy and Megan were especially helpful and I enjoyed visiting with them. I'm already starting to plan my next trip here! Thank you!

Anthony was fantastic! He picked me up from the airport at 1am after a very long day. He was quick I had no wait at all, and extremely friendly! Thank you so much again for coming and getting me.

We booked the 2 bedroom room and it was very spacious. The kitchen has outdated appliances but the room was clean. The only downfall was the bed. One of the bedrooms had two full size beds and the other one also had a full size bed instead of a queen or king. So it was quite small and very uncomfortable for us. Breakfast, on the other hand, was fantastic; offering a wide variety of cold and hot breakfast items, juices, coffees and teas. Despite of the uncomfortable small bed, we did enjoy our stay and would recommend this place to anyone!

It’s a nice and clean hotel. Went with the family and we loved it. It needs some updates and the bathroom needs air vents. Also they need to have some more chairs for the rooms so people can sit to eat. Good kitchen. Two bathrooms. We got there at 3 pm and When we got there room was not ready so we had to wait about half hour for it to be cleaned up. Good breakfast. Overall i would stay here again.

Room was great but removed a star because the air vent rattled so loud it disturbed my sleep.

Stayed on Saturday night. Hot tube was great. There was a bit of noise from the floor above, but that come with having kids. The afternoon/evening check in person (cindy) was super polite and helpful. Asked for ice and she took care of me. Stayed in a studio suite. Was in great shape (clean) breakfast was ok. Gets crowded. No enough seating. There was an issue with with my credit card being charge unnecessary (I BOOK THROUGH A 3RD PARTY) but the AM manager corrected the issue in a timely manor. Over all this place was a good stay.

I go to Allentown several times per year for work. Because these are work trips, I need quiet, comfort, a nice breakfast, and a hassle free stay. I also wanted a place I could just book and rebook each time, without shipping around too much. Staybridge has been an incredible stay and I'll continue rebooking assuming nothing changes. Here's what you need to know:- it had a hot tub open until 9:00 PM (wish it was hotter, but otherwise awesome)- my room was super clean and modern- comfy bed- phenomenal breakfast! with a waffle maker and perfectly spiced chicken sausage and an oatmeal station- free coffee was decent (I'm picky w coffee)- my room was HUGE (kitchen and living room included), not necessary, but really nice- I was 2 minutes from SBUX, dunkin donuts, several restaurants, shopping, etc.Not deal breakers, but if I were to get ALL my wishes, the hot tub would be hotter, and there would be a heated indoor pool. Otherwise, this place is perfect!

They upgraded since my last stay. And I have to say the updates are impressive. USB ports next to the bed. Clean modern look with new tv's. Carpeting is new as well as furniture. I love it!!!Rooms: Over all esthetics were impressive.Noteworthy details: Modern and tech savy.

Our 1-night stay was very comfortable to break up our road trip. Our 1 bedroom suite was very roomy and clean. Kitchen appliances and bathroom were a little dated, but did not bother us. The receptionist was very kind and helpful getting us a crib. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best we've had at a hotel!

Its a little weird to get into coming south on Airport Road but its not bad. Parking is a bit tight. The lobby is well lit and spacious. On the other side of the lobby is a lounge area. There are tables and chairs and the breakfast area is there. Breakfast is a hot bar and good. The halls are well lit. Place is super clean. Elevator is a bit shoddy. Some lights don't work. Panel is loose. Our room was super. It was clean and in good repair. Very spacious. The only complaint is that the soundproofing. Its either not that great or our neighbors across the hall don't have inside voices and our neighbors above is were drilling an army across a parade ground. The location is super. Its easy access to route 22 and the airport as well as local shipping and eateries. Will surely stay here on my next trip up

Sadly, I have to give this hotel 1 star because of the roof repairs that the manager must have approved, that started at 8am on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Anyone staying on the top (4th) floor was NOT going to be able to enjoy their room. I tried blasting the TV to drown it out to no avail. What a dreadful hotel experience...I feel like I lost a day. It's too bad...a nice place otherwise. I was looking for a hotel for regular stays since I have a lot of family in the area. Back to the search. Just stay away from here until repairs are completed.Food & drinks: Good breakfast and nice happy hour Mon-Wed.

Stayed at the hotel for a week, then extended my stay by another. Rooms were always clean, parking lot always had open spots and complementary breakfast and dinner were always good quality. Hotel is located a mere minutes from the Airport and there is a very nice shopping plaza across the road. Definitely one of the best hotels I could have chosen to stay at in the Allentown-Bethlehem area.Rooms: Rooms were very spacious, had complete amenities (full size fridge, microwave, and stove) and were always kept clean.Safety: Parking lot is well lit and hotel is located in a mostly hidden area. Never felt unsafe parking or staying at the hotel.Walkability: There is a Red Robin near the hotel that one can easily walk to.Food & drinks: Complementary breakfast every day and dinner on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Food selection was always different and varied.
