I gave The UPS Store an 8 out of 10 because overall my experience was really good. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and everything went smoothly. I didn’t give it a 10 just because there are always little things that could be improved, like shorter wait times when it’s busy or adding a few more services to make it even more convenient.

I like this store but the attention to detail is slipping when it comes to mailbox customers. (Late forwards, forward with a different shipping method than requested)

The UPS Store makes it quite easy to return items to Amazon. So very convenient. Bring item and original packaging to the store. They will package it up. I was in and out in under a minute. Like a dream!

I was greeted by another customer. That same customer offered to pick up the box I was struggling with. Staff just scanned my item and handed me a receipt. Did not speak. Same customer told me to have a great day! Nothing from staff..
