0/5 stars. I’ve worked at an airport for years and would NEVER accuse a customer of doing fraud because of an exception needed. That customer service was asking for from the store manager. Customer service agent had to apologize from hearing firsthand combative, smug, and UGLY customer service coming from Manager James. HORRIBLE Location. Go somewhere else.

Let me preface this by saying the Maganger in this location did everything in his power to help me. The problem was created in their Customer Service department who sent me there. I had called customer service twice. The 1st representative said she needed to speak to someone on their activation team, and rather than keeping me on hold she would call me back. She even went as far as to give me a time and confirm my call back number. She never call back. I called the following morning and spoke to a 2nd representative who while very pleasant, was clearly not listening and just reading from a script. I was told I needed to go to the Corporate store on Airport Road to swap out my the device I received the day prior. Nothing wrong with the phone, just the wrong model was ordered in error.
The CS rep told me everything was set and the store could process my return and give me the correct device.
When I got to the store the Manager greeted me professionally and asked how he could assist. When I told him Customer Service had just sent me here for an exchange, he advised me that 1) he did not have the phone I wanted in stock and 2) because the box was opened I would have to pay a $50 restocking fee. NOTE: the only reason thr box was opened was due to instruction of the 1st CS rep because she said we needed to activate it before she could process the exchange. We never activated it, and in fact it was never even taken out of the box. We just visually confirmed for her it was the wrong phone.
The Manager then connected me with CS processed the return so CS could reprocess the order. I had to pay the $50 in-store, but CS would credit the $50 on my bill?
My rating is based on the overall Verizon experience I had. The store did it's best to clean up Customer Services mess.

This store lied to me about their contract rates, the plan they signed me up for, extras I told them I didn't want, and when I canceled they didn't do that in a timely manner either. Get everything in documentation. And beware.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Went to this store twice in a week with my MIL. First time they added Netflix, Disney, and Group Protection to our family plan....EVEN THOUGH WE TOLD THEM NOT TO! The second time, we went in to cancel a phone line and they told us it was done.....BUT IT WASN'T! I had to go online and do everything there. Super shady place that's taking advantage little old ladies. Not cool. Would not recommend. Zero stars.

Eric lied to me to get me to add on home internet. He told me I would be getting 30 days free and then pay $45 a month and in reality I am being charged for the first 30 days and internet is listed at 80$/month on my bill. I went to the store and was told there would be a credit added to my account for the first 30 days. It was supposedly being added as I was in store. The credit is still not showing & he won’t reply back from the number he gave me to contact him. I told the associates if the bill didn’t reflect what i was told in store i would be returning everything (internet box and new phone) and it seems they just lied again while i was there to get me to turn in my trade in. My bill went from 101/month to $273 because of all these incorrect charges. I will be going to corporate. Lying to customers to make your sales numbers look good is absolutely unacceptable. Go anywhere else.

Accused my boyfriend of AI deep faking his teacher ID. For trying to give trade in phone to the store after having received his new phone and set it up. Customer support is horrid.

Jason I’m assuming is the manager here at this airport road location here in Allentown, Pa that likes to call the police on customers. So I would like to publicly congratulate Jason for putting on such a show! If this is who VERIZON allows to represent their company great. I can’t wait until corporate see’s this post!

Don’t get Carlos as your sales, hes after sales care is terrible, I have a problem with the landline and I contacted him back about it, he said he will come on Monday, after Monday he ignore text and call from me and it Wednesday for me right now, still no reply.

Due to the ‘internal server error’ I couldn’t add fund. The staff said they were unable to help with the app. The automated voice prompts are impossible to bypass when trying to call Verizon wireless.

Avoid this place at all costs! I recommended Verizon to my family members because the service is great. However, account manager Carlos uses bait and switch to open lines for clients to meet his quota. He presents the plan and says it will cost a certain amount a month with discounts then it turns out to be a complete lie.
We verified this when we called the verizon 1800 number to get the actual plan prices. Do yourselves a favor and call Verizon directly and wait for your phone to come in the mail. You will be saving yourself hundreds of dollars and your sanity.

I wanted to post this review to say thank you to Alex and his team I spent four to five hours there the other day and he helped me through every single process making sure I was squared away and had everything I needed. His knowledge and professionalism makes him a true asset to Verizon wireless and I hope to continue to work with him again for any of my Verizon needs! Thank you!

Went in today with a home internet problem. The staff handled everything very well. Several members of the staff and the managers there helped. It was because of everyone's help that the problem was resolved. Go see John. He was great and I appreciated his patience and time he took without quit to make things right.
