I've been with Walgreens in Allentown for a few years now, they were great in every way....BUT NOW, it's terrible, trying to get through on phone.... A nightmare.... Mistakes on their app to fill scripts, USELESS, call and speak to get them filled also a disaster.... I took my scripts elsewhere now!

It's a inconvenience the drive thru isn't being used even after we called and asked was it available.But they had a pharmacy tech Kyasia that made up for it at the inside counter with her speed and kindness. Definitely a asset to the Walgreens Pharmacy staff and team.
