Pharmacy tech Poor customer service. Rude with very poor communication skills. Do better. Saying there is a change & when asked when it occurred the answer shouldn't be when it changed! Shameful words matter

Pharmacist need to learn not to be so rude to customers. Been a regular customer since the place opened and no one's ever treated me like that

Not sure what the point of making customers register online is if the pharmacy is going to ask you for the same exact information when you arrive. Also, I get being busy, but you can still provide a simple "hello, I'll be right with you" or something (as I'm standing in front of you at the window for 10 minutes)...
