Giving this wawa a 1 star out of 5 for one single reason. The premium Oreo milkshakes are the single best drink sold at Wawa. I want people to be aware that this Wawa does not have Oreo shakes. From the ordering screen for milkshakes, you they still have Oreo milkshakes depicted, but it’s not actually available at this location. It’s a travesty.

This location sells soup but has no spoons! I’m on my lunch break ordered soup and had to slurp it out of the to go container.

I don't know how such a nice gas station/restaurant has such a dogsht app. The user experience is a 3/10 on a good day. Today, I clicked on a roasted chicken promo in the app. Yet on the order screen, nothing was labled as roasted chicken. I walked into a store and on the front page of a kiosk was a dedicated ad "Roasted chicken!" I clicked it, the next page had a single option "breaded chicken". I expanded the menu just in case. It was all breaded. Thanks for wasting my time, Wawa.
The app also CONSTANTLY backtracks and makes you re-select things. Within a single order, you may have to decide wether you want to pick-up, order delivery, or do curb-side 3 or 4 times. Promotions that are displayed directly in the app you're ordering working 100% of the time? Nah, the most Wawa will pay their app developers for is 40%.
Realise at the register that you forget your wallet at home? That's okay. If you order through the app all the time anyway & have your debit card attached to your account, you can press the convenient "Pay with Card" or "Pay with Wawa Account" button at the checkout screen. Just kidding! That latter button doesn't actually function. I've asked staff how to use it. They say they don't know.

OMG- don't stop here for the single bathrooms!! The line was out the door to wait for the bathroom. Wawa, why would you build such a beautiful store with such limited bathroom facilities?

I never had a bad experience here, but I think the prices are ridiculous. A pint of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream for 7.99 when you could get it between 399 at 499 at any store.! Things are very tough out there right now and the economy is very rough and over Thanksgiving. I remember their turkey bowls were over $9 Which is crazy cause I remember two years ago it was almost half that price. I understand it. It’s a convenience store and they need to make a little more profit. I get that but selling something for 70% more than the store is ridiculous. I definitely have cut down and coming here lately and I noticed a lot of other people have as well. I just think they should reevaluate the people that spend money here in the relationship they have with their customers and come up with some better prices

There is a RUDE deli worker named Emily that seriously needs an attitude adjustment... If you don't like your job find a new one!! She hates when people watch her make there sandwich 😂CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEFINITELY NOT ONE OF HER STRENGTHS!!

This location does not have child changing tables, absolutely ridiculous. It is right off of I-78 and no changing tables. Disappointing and frustrating

I live about four blocks from there, give me a coffee 24/7. Also include a gas station, and the sandwiches are awesome.
