“I went to return an Amazon delivery and the guy working there was super busy but also super nice. Then I wandered around and found a few things and went to the checkout. The person working there was also friendly and nice. I didn’t get a name but they said that they were in cosmetology school, complimented my old lady hair sincerely and made my day. I also watched how other employees interacted , the kindness was contagious. Well done Williamsport Staples!”

“No-nonsense service! Price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Easy in-and-out service. There was a little bit of a wait due to other customers in line in front of me, but once I was at the counter, I was able to get my document notarized and send it out via FedEx mailer in less than 15 minutes.”

“My family of 5 scheduled an appointment to get Passports completed. We had reviewed the online instructions prior and had all of the required documents, so processing was a breeze when we arrived. The PO staff were very knowledgeable and ensured everything was in order before sending out for processing. We received our final Passports about 35 days later without any issues!”

“Lovely post office. Interior is littered with local history and artwork. Exterior is very proper also. Friendly staff and I was assisted at the main desk as soon as I entered the building.”
