“These guys are fantastic. Been dealing with Hovis (at their home store in Oil City) since I was a kid. Always friendly, incredibly knowledgeable. I was very happy when they opened the branch down here! Love stopping in there! The manager also always makes it a point to stop out and say hello!”

“I appreciate the system these guys use to pull check engine codes. The print outs are definitely better than other parts stores.
Only issue...... there is one dude that always goes worst case without any suggestion of a possible less expensive fix. He told me I needed to replace a $2,000 part but it ended up being a $45 sensor.
If you're there to buy parts, they've always been priced appropriately.”
“Not wanting to repeat verbatim another’s review, but I stopped by this shop to diagnose a brake noise, they checked it out, told me it was safe to drive just a little annoying. Quoted me a fair price should I decide to replace. Nice people!”
“The only auto part store around that had my window regulator/motor. I called and Lewis was very helpful. After he confirmed the part number, he went and pulled it off the shelf to make sure it wasn’t a typo. I was traveling over an hour to get there and I explained I may not have the hardware to fix my truck as someone else tore it apart. He took it upon himself to make sure I had the proper hardware. I prefer to shop at Napa when possible and this is another reason why, thank you”
“I am extremely pleased with my experience at Mascari Auto Center. From the moment I brought my car in for an estimate all the way through the repair, the entire process was easy and stress-free. The estimator was quick, respectful, and made everything clear from the start.
The turnaround time was fast, and my car was treated with real care and respect throughout. As a bonus, they fully detailed both the interior and exterior of my car, which I wasn't expecting at all and truly appreciated.
The repair itself was high quality, and the whole team came across as professional and premier in how they operate. I'm very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Mascari Auto Center to any of my friends. They are the real deal.”

“Promptly greeted. Salesman showed me quite a few helmets & explained the features. Helped with correct sizing. Another sales person assisted with searching for the correct helmet, & having it delivered to the store. Overall, very satisfied.”
