“I cannot recommend PC Auto highly enough.
I had literally just moved to the area when my car's exhaust broke. I first took it to one of the large national service chains because it seemed like the quickest and easiest option. While they were able to get me in right away for an assessment, they quoted me more than $2,000 to get my car back on the road. When I asked whether the damaged portion of the exhaust could simply be repaired rather than completely replaced, I was told it wasn't possible.
Feeling overwhelmed and not really knowing anything about exhaust systems, I started calling local shops to see if anyone could help. Most referred me elsewhere, often to locations that were too far away for my car to safely make it, and wished me luck.
Then I called PC Auto.
Jose answered the phone and was incredibly kind right from the start. He listened patiently to my entire story and immediately reassured me that this was absolutely a repair their shop could handle. When I dropped off my car, I met Palmo, the owner. Despite my frazzled explanation and stack of paperwork, he was just as empathetic, professional, and reassuring.
Not long after, they called with an honest assessment of what was actually wrong and provided a repair estimate that was more than fair. By the end of the same day, my car was repaired and back on the road—and running like a dream.
If you're debating whether to take your vehicle to one of the big-name auto service chains out of convenience or habit, I would encourage you to think twice. My experience at PC Auto was every bit as convenient, but with far more personalized service, genuine honesty, and significantly fairer pricing. As someone who was new to the area and incredibly stressed about an unexpected repair, they turned what could have been a terrible experience into an excellent one.
They've earned a customer for life. I'll be bringing all of my future vehicle maintenance and repair needs to PC Auto.”

“I just recently ran over one of our newly created potholes with my front passenger side tire. The inside of the rim was damaged, and caused a flat. I took my Nissan Rogue Sport to Hubcap Heaven & Wheel. They said they could repair the rim. Additionally, since that rim and another on car had bad scratch marks on the outside surface of the rims, I had them restore both rims. I took my car in on Thursday morning and picked it up the next morning. I swear to anyone reading this review they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Hubcap Heaven & Wheels to anyone needing repair work on their wheels.”

“If you're ever in need of vehicle repairs, (from a collision, etc.), I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, on Meadow Street, in Pittsburgh. Location was convenient; coordination with my insurance company and the local car rental dealer, were seamless. Car rental location even picked me up from Caliber, to obtain a rental vehicle. Customer service/ office staff, (Kayla, Bonnie and Michelle), were all very pleasant and efficient. Service Advisor Kevin was very polite and professional. Caliber kept me updated with periodic texts, regarding the vehicle's status, (really appreciated that). Vehicle was actually completed prior to the anticipated due date. Repairs were very well done; vehicle looked like it had never been damaged. Vehicle was returned cleaned, inside and out; almost looked brand new. Would highly recommend.”
