“I don't have a lot of patience for salespeople in stores or trying on clothes normally, and was skeptical that any of the dresses would look good on me since I'm not stick-thin (if anyone else is wondering, I was wrong--I didn't find things here that work even though I'm not stick-thin!!), but my uneasiness was immediately assuaged the very minute I walked in and met Mikayla! She is exactly what you want in a salesperson--she is beyond patient and kind and creates a relaxed atmosphere that doesn't feel rushed or pressure-filled in the slightest. She could read me and my thoughts about a dress like a book and never tried to convince me out of what I was feeling or try to get me to stay in a dress longer when I knew it wasn't the one. My mom and I adore her and cannot recommend her and this store more highly!!!”

“I ordered a ring from Casa d’Oro but did not specify the size. When I discovered it was too small I called Casa d’Oro and spoke with Paula. I provided her the size needed, and she ordered me a new ring. Once she received it, she overnighted it to me free of charge and even included a prepaid shipping label to return the small ring. Paula communicated with me throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them.”
