“Store has most everything that is needed for quick shopping trip. Staff always helpful, and congenial. Store is a little small for the immediate area, doesn't have the square footage that it needs to be effective. Sister stores are within 3 miles, however they are not always convenient time wise if it is close to the 9:00P.M. closing time.Prices continue to be higher than the market conditions should dictate, I have conducted a Department of Commerce survey using their procedures, and Dollar General needs to apply more pressure on it's vendors wholesale prices, and make a clear reduction to Dollar General retail prices, very soon!!!! “Nice people work here. I shop here because it is easy to get to for me. Amazing prices. The toy section could have a better selection, but it was still a nice selection for all ages. School supplies, cleaning supplies, a quick TV dinner and a few more for the deep freezer?. Cups, plates, cutlery, party stuff, candy, you name it they have it in some form. These places really are great. So what if the product isn't always the greatest? Remember, you paid a dollar and some change for it. At least you still got something right? Anyways, rant over. Great places, nice workers, you should definitely check them out if you are in the area!”

“This Dollar General sold a wide variety of foods and household products. The brands of products were both generic and name-brand. The aisles could have been a bit tidier, but I easily found what I was looking for. Prices were low. My cashier was very prompt and courteous in his service.”

During my visit, I noticed that this particular store had some empty shelves and had fewer products in stock for hygiene and cleaning. As a result, I bought only several products total. The cashier immediately served me and nicely spoke to me.”

If there's something you can't find or if there's a product out of stock, they'll take the initiative to check their back inventory. “This family dollar is close to my house, I can walk or catch public transportation. It's in a convention location with other shops. It's open until 10pm, if you need cash back, I'd recommend going somewhere else because at times they can't give cash back. They have a good amount of items that I need. It's as organized as it can get. Compared to other family dollars I've been to, this one is the cleanest. When you walk in, there's only a one way in and out entrance. Which I think is a good idea especially if it's really busy. But sometimes it can make me anxious because everyone is staring at you lol. I find everything I need. There are some items that aren't there but overall my experience is a good one. If I need help, the employees are very helpful. They have items for a very low price and I don't go in spending over. They have foods that would be really expensive at giant eagle so I usually buy from there and get the rest of my groceries from giant eagle. never had an issue. The wait time to cash out depends on the time of day as well as how many cashiers are behind the registers, sometimes 2 people sometimes 1 person from the time I've been there.”

“I have been trying to find 2 specific items for months, I usually get them at Dollar Tree stores. However I have still not found them at any Dollar Tree . The third item I require is just as elusive as the other 2. None of these should be difficult to locate but for some reason they can not be found.A 2year calendar that shows a month not a week at a time, a sewn 3x5 mini notebook and glue sticks. See these are common items but I cannot find them.”

“I actually like this store it's very convenient and everything location put the sad part and unfortunately it seems the Dollar tree in Crafton has more selection and cheaper selections than the Dollar general for some odd reason their fridges are broke their freezers are broke at the Dollar general the prices are more than Dollar tree and they have less stuff than the Dollar tree unfortunately and it seems the only time that the women that work at the Dollar general we're always in a rush to close early and other than that I feel that all the workers at the Dollar general are underpaid specially for everything they have to do and deal with the same with the Dollar tree because I've work at Dollar tree in the past and they're definitely under paid for all the BS they deal with”
