“This dollar tree has really shaped up in the past year! It is SO much cleaner and well- organized! If you have gone in the past and had some trouble finding things, it is not like that anymore- which is awesome! They do a really good job!
I come here multiple times a week, lol, because I just really love dollar tree. I honestly go here before any other store, to buy my necessities at a much cheaper price and then I fill in what I cant find elsewhere.
The employees are all very kind and courteous, and I have had many good conversations with them as we check out my items. Good vibes are always appreciated ?”

But, I looked at the reviews for this particular location to make sure I'd be going to one that is usually well stocked (it was for the most part), but the reviews about the cashiers were kinda horrendous. I got here, and of course, so close to Christmas, stock was low and it was busy, but the cashiers...we're SO LOVELY AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND POLITE. I didn't get their names, but it was the folks with alt-style (like myself), and they had positive attitudes when really, for $12/hr in this economy, all I'd muster is a 'Howyadoin,' but they chatted customers up and were just so pleasant. Idk, I just felt like they should get a shout out for probably just being their typical sweet selves. Which is honestly rare out here these days. It was nice to see folks of different kinds treating each other well and with the regular respect we all deserve. And, that's my Dollar Tree on Banksville review!”

“Very nice location but everytime when I do come here their toy isle is a complete mess with every item on the floor not on the shelves with broken boxes which needs to be cleaned and straightened out with also some of their lights are broken so needs to be fixed”

“Accidentally went to this Dollar Tree thinking my GPS was taking me to the other one I usually go to, and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were really nice, the store was well maintained and they had a crazy good selection of stuff I needed to restock on and things I hadn't seen hit the DT shelves yet. One of my new favorites 💖 shout-out to my elder millennial cashier (same tho lol) you were amazing.”
“This is not only the cleanest and most organized FD store around me and there are a bunch. The ladies move and stock inventory in a timely fashion and make sure you can walk thru aisles and find just what you need.”

“This DG has a good food assortment. They would be smart to move to the now closed Shoo n Save location in Pines Plaza. So may of the people living in the high rise that walk to get groceries would be happy for it and it would eliminate the dangerous exit they have now.”
“A great addition to Carrick, but at the same time just another junk shop. It would be nice if it was better organized and maintained. We need more stores like this in this area that provide everyday products at good prices, however; we don't need more stores that just pile in product and don't care what kind of people come in to the store nor care how they behave when they're there.We need law & order, and we need organization, bottom line is that we need better stores and stores with pride. And, I'm not NOT not talking about rainbow ? pride, I'm talking about good old fashioned American ???? pride!I think overall this store will do well here, especially if they hire well. Time will tell. Hopefully, with the friendly and competent staff that they have thus far they will be able to prosper, but I worry about the hurdles they will face with the crime we have seen spiral out of control in the last few years.Shop Safe ??️????”
“One of the nicest Dollar Generals I was ever in. The remodel they did to the old Shop and Save in Spring Garden Plaza gave Spring Garden Plaza a refresh that was different from 25 years ago. Look completely different than the shop and save that used to occupy it 25 years ago. Nicely arranged store and courteous employees. Nice little addition to the Spring Garden neighborhood. Nice to see the Spring Garden Valley Plaza has a nice refresh”
“I absolutely love the variety of items and the prices can't be beat! Very close to my apartment so I can walk here if needed. The manager is very nice and respectful too!”
“The cashiers are always very helpful and very polite. Sadly they're understaffed. It's frustrating to wait in line when there's only one cashier. The store never looks done there's always boxes in the aisles that need to be emptied. My suggestion is dig down in your pocket and you don't have to dig that far as the owner or manager and get two or three people stock everything at night it's done you don't have to worry about it being left out in the aisles where someone can trip over it and you could utilize your employees to better serve the customers”

“There's a handful of Dollar Generals within 10 minutes from me and this one is my second favorite, probably because it's still a newer one. Its more stocked than some others but not as stocked as the Baldwin one. They also tend to close at random times like other Dollar Generals which can be annoying”

“This is a very huge store. Very neat and clean the aisle are wide shelves are well stocked. Well lit and cool inside although it is hot outside. Seems to have everything you need in here. They have a food section candle section. Not many carts and they are small just so you know.”

“This is probably the best dollar general I’ve been too. It is very clean, neat & tidy. It is not hard to find what you’re looking for. Most other dollar generals are so messy & unorganized but not this one! Thank you for caring about your customers & keeping a nice establishment. The employees are so nice as well.”
“This is still a very nice Dollar Tree. They have added more products even saw brand name ice creams. Worth your time check store out for yourself. Expect to to see lots of items you frankly wouldn't expect.”
“There was a time maybe a year ago or so this place was an absolute disaster.
Not anymore. The people that work there have fantastic customer service skills and it is well run now.
There is a younger black guy that works the register often I would advise the district or regional manager to prep him to manage a store someday.”

“Went here for the second time last weekend, and I was so happy getting the items I needed. The aisles were stocked up, and it was a fun, shopping experience.
Only 4 stars because it was kind of a crowded day and there was only one staff working at the cashier.”
