They have a great selection of lumber and trim and moulding. They have a higher end selection of doors and windows and lumber than your traditional big box stores like Lowe’s or Home Depot I am very impressed with how my front entry door still looks after 3 1/2 years. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out.”

“Nelson’s Kitchen and Bath did a fantastic job with our kitchen remodel, and we are absolutely thrilled with how beautiful and functional it turned out.
They set a realistic schedule and stayed on track throughout the project, and their team was consistently professional and responsive. Before construction began, meeting with Ray and Terri in their showroom to review materials alongside their renderings was incredibly helpful and made decision-making much easier.
We also chose to live in the house during the renovation, and every subcontractor was courteous, respectful, and mindful of keeping the space as safe and clean as possible—even with our territorial old dog in the mix. The workmanship across the board was excellent.
If there is one small area for improvement, it would be providing clearer advance notice of days when real-time decisions were required (such as outlet placement or island overhangs). While we were usually available, more proactive scheduling around these moments would make the process even smoother.
Overall, Nelson’s was clear about scope, helpful in coordinating with third parties when needed, and a pleasure to work with. A sincere thank-you to Ray, Terri, and the entire team—we highly recommend Nelson’s Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable remodeling work.”

“If you want a great, full turnkey solution, Cabinet World was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, our sales guy, Larry Lucci, was amazing! We updated our 1960s kitchen with a complete gut and redo. Our installer, Josh, was amazing! His attention to detail is top notch! During the process, we made a couple minor adjustments that were accommodated without incident. From plumbing to flooring, to painting and everything in between, these guys were amazing! I absolutely love my new kitchen! I highly recommend! I didn’t have to worry about scheduling different contractors to do different parts of the job. “My fiancé and I had a great experience dealing with the Manager, Taylor, and another brunette sales associate, whom I forget her name. Overall the store is great from the selections to the sales associates. We had a few items to return from our wedding registry and Taylor and the other associate assisted us.- 10/10 for customer service and patience with our returns!While customer service was great, I’d give a -10/10 for their return policy. First of all, we were returning gifts from our registry and what a pain that was. I now have 3 e-Gift cards in my email because they don’t give you a plastic card, and return every item individually. Something to also keep in mind is that you NEED A RECEIPT. A lot of friends/family bought items additionally not from our registry and didn’t provide a receipt and Williams-Sonoma won’t return it without one, even with the tags on. That’s an issue for corporate though but something to keep in mind when shopping for a gift from there.Although they have one of the worst return policies, Taylor and the other associate were so kind and patient and helped us with our registry. Very thankful they took the time to assist us!”
