“We love our newly remodeled bathroom. The workmanship is superb and the installers, Jack and Sloan, were true gentlemen and skilled craftsmen. The owners, Barry and Steve, and designer Ethan were great and so patient with us. They truly do put the client first. We had wanted a new bathroom, for a long time, and considered other contractors. All who see the bathroom are impressed and amazed at the quality. We are so glad we chose Patete and we would highly recommend them.”
“We just completed a bathtub to walk in shower conversion with Pittsburgh Tub And Shower. We chose them after interviewing two other companies. We are thrilled with the work, the people and the follow up support. The before and after photos show it all. Mike, Eli, Ralph and Colin where beyond professional. They went above and beyond to ensure there is a safe walk in for a senior citizen and did the work in an older home where there were multiple challenges to overcome. Mike (co-owner) is professional and very easy to work with. The installation team completed a full renovation in a day and half. We will be using them again. Cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Very friendly service. The spices are excellent and price is very affordable. Their Black Nugget beef marinade makes chuck roasts and venison roasts absolutely delicious. They have every spice from Himalayan pink salt tk burger spices meatball and meatloaf spices to sausage slices to jerky spices. I cant wait to make irish banger sausage. I highly recommend people to buy their spices”
“I was looking for a chicken coop that was advertised in their flyer and I called my local store which is in the Pittsburgh Mills and they said they just sold the last one that they had but they were so kind and I never even asked. They just said how about if we call in Monroeville or another location and see if they’re available and they did and it was available in Monroeville. They truly did more than any other employee in retail fantastic job guys.”

“My fiancé and I had a great experience dealing with the Manager, Taylor, and another brunette sales associate, whom I forget her name. Overall the store is great from the selections to the sales associates. We had a few items to return from our wedding registry and Taylor and the other associate assisted us.- 10/10 for customer service and patience with our returns!While customer service was great, I’d give a -10/10 for their return policy. First of all, we were returning gifts from our registry and what a pain that was. I now have 3 e-Gift cards in my email because they don’t give you a plastic card, and return every item individually. Something to also keep in mind is that you NEED A RECEIPT. A lot of friends/family bought items additionally not from our registry and didn’t provide a receipt and Williams-Sonoma won’t return it without one, even with the tags on. That’s an issue for corporate though but something to keep in mind when shopping for a gift from there.Although they have one of the worst return policies, Taylor and the other associate were so kind and patient and helped us with our registry. Very thankful they took the time to assist us!”

“I recently have redone two bathrooms in my home and purchased all my hardware, etc. from Splash. Their products are wonderful! I had a fabulous experience working with Michelle in the past, and most recently with Amanda at the Glenshaw location. Amanda is extremely knowledgable, kind and great with customer's. As we know, a new bathroom takes alot of time. Each time I met with Amanda, she had an updated packet ready that included comparable products if something was not available and samples displayed on her desk.
