“I setup an appointment here based on the google reviews. They were not wrong. My first attempt at the test didn't go so well, so the gal performing the test gave me a bottle of water and had me hang out for 15 minutes. She was so nice and chatty. I think her name was Latasha? It made the whole process miles above anywhere else I've visited in the past. Hopefully I won't need to come back in the future, but if I do I will definitely choose this place.”

Let me tell you how very kind and sweet Mr. Damon was with my kid Romon, he talked to him explained everything step by step and my boy Romon didn't even flinch, unlike other quest diagnostics, where they were quite aggressive. This man needs to be cloned MULTIPLE times. Thanks Mr. Damon for treating my son with such great care, ur an AMAZING man and GREAT at your job.”
“The phlebotomist Shontia (sp?) was professional and friendly and went out of her way to provide excellent service. My script had an unusual coding that my doctor had included by accident, and while I was there she called to confirm the lab order.
She was also gentle in drawing blood and held my arm in a stable way as she inserted and removed new vials to prevent any pain. She’s probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!”
“Highly recommend. Scheduled on-line for next day appt. Easily uploaded pics of insurance card and license. Parked in front of building 5 minutes before appt time. Checked in remotely. In 2 minutes, they came out to the car and tested me and I was done. Got emailed results the next morning.”
“I have vasovagal syncope when getting blood drawn, and Charity was amazing at making me feel at ease! She let me lay down and talked me through the whole blood draw. My lab tech, Emily, was also very efficient and I didn’t feel a thing. It was such a smooth experience and for someone who gets very anxious about getting blood work it went amazing! Really appreciate Charity’s kindness!”
“This was my first visit to this Quest location since the one closer to my house was booked up when I needed a last minute blood test before an infusion but this one had openings, which I reserved on line. I was worried about parking since it was located in a congested part of Oakland but it turned out to have abundant free parking. The facility is clean and well managed, I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in electronically, then was called exactly at my appointment time. The phlebotomist was friendly and very efficient -- I didn't even feel the needle and there was no bruising afterwards. My test results were sent to my doctor within just a few hours. As usual with Quest, excellent service! I wish the rest of the places and practitioners I have to deal with in my health care experiences were as well-run and treated their clients as respectfully as Quest Diagnosis always does.”

“The Quest facility in Sq. Hill is so convenient and there is always parking. I was surprised when they were closed a few weeks and afraid they weren't going to reopen. It's so nice having such a place so close to me. I would hate to lose them. The staff is good and I had no wait! It was a good visit!”
“The check in can use some work, they ask you to provide everything online then when you arrive, you have to repeat everything even though you are provided with a QR code. The rest of the process is well done, just not the check in.”

“So... I know this seems like a strange business to review on Yelp but I had such a great experience I feel like it deserves to be here. I had to schedule routine labs through my PCP and had trouble finding available appointments elsewhere. I was able to get a Saturday morning apportionment here just a few days after I scheduled it. I arrived and checked it easily at a kiosk by scanning a QR code I received when I scheduled the appointment. Two minutes later I was called back and the nurse went over my paperwork. The nurse was extremely friendly and bubbly and just made me so at ease about being stabbed in a few minutes. She took me to the next room, chatting the whole time. In less than 5 minutes the whole appointment was complete. Quick, efficient, and easy! I really appreciated it!”

“I like Walgreens as it is convenient for me. I was in the need of Centrum vitamins. Big huge store well laid out and very friendly cashiers. I have been in several times and there is always someone to help find you something if you cant find it yourself. I find the prices fine and the service excellent. One thing I like about Walgreens over CVS is that I can use Apple pay.”

“After having a very poor experience at a different location, I had a lovely one here as a walk-in. My Phlebotomist was very kind and did a great job. She took me before my slotted wait time and it was wonderful to have a good experience after having such a poor one. We are all just people and if we are having blood drawn we are like stressed and anxious. Kindness goes quite a long way!”

“The staff member (perhaps Mike or Mikey) knows what he is doing. Numerous times I have had the luck to have him call me in for my Quest blood draw. One poke and done. I don't mind a bruise, as my veins slip slide and collapse, but he finds it anyway. I cannot tell you how many hundreds of others cannot do that. Thank you.”
