“The ladies there were absolutely phenomenal! My wife needed to get her blood taken for pregnancy and she is deathly scared of needles and this whole process….. these ladies made it so easy for her and I love them for that. And I also needed blood out (not as much as my wife) and it was so smooth! I had a 1140 appointment my wife’s was at 1150. We were both in the car with our toddler by 1157!!! Thanks to you ladies for being amazing!!!!”

The phlebotomists are very kind, friendly, and professional. They made the experience painless and pleasant. I normally have a hard time because my veins are small but I had my blood drawn quickly and was out in about 10 minutes. Thank you!!”

“Highly recommend this location!!!!I brought my 10 yr old son for bloodwork for the first time ever this morning, and it was an awesome experience. The phlebotomist (can’t remember her name) was absolutely wonderful she explained everything and she was very light hearted and made my very scared son, feel less scared. She joked with my son and made him feel at ease. As soon as I walked in she was very pleasant and friendly, and I knew he was in good hands. I will be coming here for both my children for lab work. If your child needs blood drawn and you don’t want to make the trip to Childrens Hospital, this is the place to go.”

“The people here was very professional. Had to go for a drug test for a second job because everything so expensive. I walked in the first time I couldn’t get in because it was so busy. I was a walk in, but people have scheduled appointment so it was understandable . Janelle I think I spelt her name right was very polite she asked me if I’m able to come back tomorrow. I said I thought you guys were closed she said no that’s the other place I said OK cool. Came in the next day we met on the stairs she said, go ahead in. Put my name down she came back in she took me immediately. I was out within 10 to 15 minutes. Extremely happy with their service”

“It was my first visit today at Labcorp and it was a great experience! The sign outside the building was clearly marked so it was easy to find and plenty of parking. The office was clean and the staff were friendly. I had a person withdraw blood who was in training and she did an excellent job. I definitely would return to this location...fast and efficent.”

“I was hesitant to schedule here because of the reviews but I had a pleasant experience. There was an automated check in system but it had clear and easy steps to follow. They took me back 5 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. The person who took my blood was nice to talk to and patient as I searched for my doctors name. She was really gentle I didn’t realize she even stuck the needle in. Good location for me!”

“What an absolutely wonderful place. Do not pay attention to the awful reviews. I think these people just expect the world to revolve around them and get upset when they have to realize it doesn't. I had four blood tests and one urine test. I was out in 20 minutes. I read these awful reviews that the place took forever, so you know what I did? I brought school work and a book just in case so I could still get stuff done if needed rather than come on here and complain about having to wait - which just happens in medical places... were these people born yesterday??? I guess bring something to keep busy if the place does end up making a long wait. For me, it was a quick experience and the staff were so kind, helpful, empathetic, and we had some laughs together too. I will definitely be going back here for all my future blood tests. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who drew my blood, if you do happen to see this THANK YOU!!! I'll be seeing you guys when my next labs need done. :)”

“I went to this Quest Diagnostics once to get several blood and urine tests. I appreciated that their website had appointments available in the early morning. I checked in through a touchscreen kiosk. The waiting room looked nice and comfortable. My phlebotomist began my appointment on time, and it lasted just a few minutes. She was very professional in drawing my blood and speaking with me. A couple of other phlebotomists were in other rooms, but I did not interact with them. My test results were on their website in less than one day. Please note that this Quest Diagnostics is located on the second floor of the UPMC Outpatient Building.”

“I’ve had my blood drawn and other tests such as urine tests during pregnancy at this location several times. I always make an appointment and am seen fairly promptly at the time of the appointment. The couple of technicians there are very good at drawing blood. I have tricky veins that tend to move around and have given other techs a lot of issues, but the folks at this location always seem to get it right away, no problems, smooth and painless.”

“Tried to do a walk in and was given a 2 hour wait window.I left and made an appointment for the next week and was taken within 5 minutes of my appointment.Blood work is not like ordering a cheeseburger! It's a small and busy office because of the location. Make an appointment or relax and wait!”

“Ive done a few testings here and I dont really have any complaints. Youre usually in ans out pretty quick. Only thing is theres no one to talk to besides the automated system over the phone. Staff is always friendly. Didnt have my lab papers the last time I went ( 2/5) and they had everything ready for me when I went back to my room. Not sure why people are complaining. I never had a rude or inconsiderate staff member. Even got an appointment same day without any issues.”

“Don't bother making an appointment if you are hoping to be in and out quickly. It doesn't make much of a difference. I made an appointment and still waited just as long as the people that walked in (about 30 minutes, so not too bad). But if you do make an appointment, then you can check in online and wait in the car and they'll text you when they're ready for you. Otherwise it was fine. The person who helped me was nice and did her job. The place is clean.”

“Highly recommend. Scheduled on-line for next day appt. Easily uploaded pics of insurance card and license. Parked in front of building 5 minutes before appt time. Checked in remotely. In 2 minutes, they came out to the car and tested me and I was done. Got emailed results the next morning.”
