“I'm from out of town (Baltimore, MD) Don't set fire to my post...Lol..I needed slacks as soon as I got back home and wouldn't have time to not only shop but get them hemmed and tailored. Wallie took care of me in less than 30 minutes. I was out the door with 2 pairs of nice Italian pants for a fair price. Who knows...Wallie and I may have started the beginning of mending the two cities! Great store. Definitely recommend.”
“I worked with Minh to get a custom tuxedo for my upcoming wedding. The entire process was seamless, enjoyable and Minh is a master at what he does! The suit fit perfectly and I highly recommend Minh and Surmesur! They also do custom dress shirts and custom shoes, which was a nice addition. I will definitely be back!”

Deducted 1 star because website said many things were out of stock that were not out of stock and they do not let customers use the restroom which is frustrating as this is in a stand alone. I would have stayed longer, and potentially spent more money, but I needed to use the restroom and had to drive somewhere else to do so.
I would like to see more products in 2xl sizes as well.”

He did an emergency rush tailoring of a full suit and dress shirt and did an excellent job, demonstrating a wonderful understanding of fabric drape and making me look excellent for the wedding I am attending. And the friendly staff is very willing to help if you have questions. While the prices are somewhat higher, so is the quality. Best to have something that lasts and you'll enjoy the entire time.”

“What a great store! As an avid men’s clothing aficionado, I could spend all day in here. There are tons of high-quality clothes for amazingly low prices. I found a pair of pleated vintage wool Brook’s Brothers slacks that are impossible to find. Left with those and a pair of seersuckers. The owner is super-friendly and helpful…even after I knocked down an entire shelf of product *sad trumpet*. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!”
“This Old Navy store sells a large selection of apparel for women, men, and children. When I shopped here, I thought that some of the regular prices were high and that the sale prices were low. I chose three tank tops, and they had a low price, a nice style, and good quality. I would recommend that the employees more frequently greet customers.”

“Rather than go with the big box tuxedo rental (Black Tux, Men’s Warehouse, etc), I decided to go to Joseph Orlando for my and my groomsmen’s wedding suits and we could not have been happier! From the very beginning, Joseph Orlando was receptive to the idea and worked through the different options and the best way to get us all measured and tailored so we were looking sharp. He even worked with multiple members of the wedding party that lived half the country away to ensure they got a perfect suit for our big day. I can’t thank him and the store enough, they were great to work with and we all ended up with a great looking new suit rather than the sloppy rentals from the big box stores. “If you like to have lots of choices then this is your store. The dressing room had 4 out of 6 rooms available. Door knobs had issues. Dressing rooms were full of clothes that had been tried on by others. There was no place left to put your clothes besides the floor.”

Ran in frantically and they replied “we have it!” before I even said anything ? they took my measurements, steamed, and got me out of there in 5 minutes max. And the shirt fit amazingly!”

“This review is long overdue, but I want to recognize the exceptional service I received at The Buckle at Ross Park Mall. After having my first child, I struggled with my postpartum body and couldn't find jeans that fit. Feeling discouraged after visiting several stores, I entered Buckle and was warmly greeted by Kelsey and Alissa. They treated me with kindness and understanding at a time when I felt especially vulnerable. Working together, they found jeans and styles that fit me well and boosted my confidence—even introducing me to styles I never would have chosen on my own. Their friendly, supportive manner eased my anxiety and transformed my shopping experience. In the time it took me to pay, Alissa made sure I could wear my new jeans straight out of the store by having them tag-free and ready to go, and the entire team cheered me on as I left, telling me how great I looked, and I truly felt that I did. I've recommended this store, especially to new mothers, because of the exceptional support and selection. 10 stars and so much thanks to these incredible young women.”

“Had an amazing experience renting tuxes for my son’s wedding through Baker & Reed. Nino, the owner, personally fitted my son & his 10 groomsmen! Every tuxedo fit like a glove! He took his time with each one, paying attention to every detail to make sure everyone looked sharp & felt comfortable. You don’t see that level of service often but you will absolutely receive it from Nino! Highly recommend for great service and high quality formal wear!”
