“Very friendly staff, easy to understand ans find prices in store.
Deducted 1 star because website said many things were out of stock that were not out of stock and they do not let customers use the restroom which is frustrating as this is in a stand alone. I would have stayed longer, and potentially spent more money, but I needed to use the restroom and had to drive somewhere else to do so.
I would like to see more products in 2xl sizes as well.”

I have bought two suits with her and they were absolutely perfect. This is an excellent company to work with and if you do not have a clothier already here I cannot recommend Sophia enough. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and knows how to style! Worth every penny!”
“I’ll start this with the caveat that I lived near an Orvis outlet and two really good Orvis stores in eastern Pennsylvania. So, my standards are really high and I was definitely spoiled.
That said, I stopped in for a specific piece of luggage as I have other pieces from their collection.
I called ahead and checked if they had it, they did. I was really surprised that they had a hold on it for me the next day when I went into the store. Great customer service there!
Now, what really impressed me was their selection of women’s clothing — it far surpassed anything from the stores I had been accustomed to in eastern Pennsylvania. So I have to give a shout out to whoever is influencing that at the store level!
They had an impressive selection of men’s upland hunting clothing, however, I didn’t see any for women. I would recommend they stock more of that.
Finally, and this isn’t exclusive to the Pittsburgh store itself, but I am really pleased that Orvis is starting to utilize recycled polyester, and some of their products.”

It is well-kept; it has two levels of outdoor camping/hiking/ backpacking/fishing and other outdoor sports-recreational type clothing, shoes, & equipment for all temperatures and environments. “This Old Navy store sells a large selection of apparel for women, men, and children. When I shopped here, I thought that some of the regular prices were high and that the sale prices were low. I chose three tank tops, and they had a low price, a nice style, and good quality. I would recommend that the employees more frequently greet customers.”

He did an emergency rush tailoring of a full suit and dress shirt and did an excellent job, demonstrating a wonderful understanding of fabric drape and making me look excellent for the wedding I am attending. “I had been to multiple stores looking for white mount lebanon t-shirts that my daughters needed with no luck. The gentleman at the store went digging through all his inventory to find something that would work. They don’t have shirts in stock so I went to get them and they fixed them up for me for free with an old patch they had. Super kind to go out of their way and thoughtful; helped me out in a pinch. I’ll be buying shirts from them for sure.”

“Wonderful customer service. My online order didn't fit well, and they laced + had me try on several other styles based on my feedback. I didn't end up finding a shoe that fit how I needed it to (very wide feet), but the assistant manager was more helpful than I can describe.
The music in the store was top-notch, too. I'd never heard of TRAAMS before!”

“I had bought work pants there in December. I wore them quite often and unfortunately they decided to blow out at the stitching a few days ago. I kept my receipt because of the No Bull guarantee. I was hesitant about driving the hour to attempt and exchange them but was pleasantly surprised at how Jenny the manager was and handled it. She exchanged my pants no problem at all no extra fees no hassle nothing negative to say. I decided to buy another pair as well and leave a good review because it was well deserved.”
