“Very friendly staff, easy to understand ans find prices in store.
Deducted 1 star because website said many things were out of stock that were not out of stock and they do not let customers use the restroom which is frustrating as this is in a stand alone. I would have stayed longer, and potentially spent more money, but I needed to use the restroom and had to drive somewhere else to do so.
I would like to see more products in 2xl sizes as well.”

“Stopped in to try on the orSlow model 66 last Friday while visiting Pittsburgh from the west coast. Phil was super nice and helpful showing me different stuff he had received that he thought I might like and was great to talk to. I hope this store stays open forever.”
“I’ll start this with the caveat that I lived near an Orvis outlet and two really good Orvis stores in eastern Pennsylvania. So, my standards are really high and I was definitely spoiled.
That said, I stopped in for a specific piece of luggage as I have other pieces from their collection.
I called ahead and checked if they had it, they did. I was really surprised that they had a hold on it for me the next day when I went into the store. Great customer service there!
Now, what really impressed me was their selection of women’s clothing — it far surpassed anything from the stores I had been accustomed to in eastern Pennsylvania. So I have to give a shout out to whoever is influencing that at the store level!
They had an impressive selection of men’s upland hunting clothing, however, I didn’t see any for women. I would recommend they stock more of that.
Finally, and this isn’t exclusive to the Pittsburgh store itself, but I am really pleased that Orvis is starting to utilize recycled polyester, and some of their products.”

It is well-kept; it has two levels of outdoor camping/hiking/ backpacking/fishing and other outdoor sports-recreational type clothing, shoes, & equipment for all temperatures and environments. The staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable, and well-versed w/their products. I highly recommend their products and this particular location.”
“I had been to multiple stores looking for white mount lebanon t-shirts that my daughters needed with no luck. The gentleman at the store went digging through all his inventory to find something that would work. They don’t have shirts in stock so I went to get them and they fixed them up for me for free with an old patch they had. Super kind to go out of their way and thoughtful; helped me out in a pinch. I’ll be buying shirts from them for sure.”

He did an emergency rush tailoring of a full suit and dress shirt and did an excellent job, demonstrating a wonderful understanding of fabric drape and making me look excellent for the wedding I am attending. “What a great store! As an avid men’s clothing aficionado, I could spend all day in here. There are tons of high-quality clothes for amazingly low prices. I found a pair of pleated vintage wool Brook’s Brothers slacks that are impossible to find. Left with those and a pair of seersuckers. The owner is super-friendly and helpful…even after I knocked down an entire shelf of product *sad trumpet*. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!”
“Wonderful customer service. My online order didn't fit well, and they laced + had me try on several other styles based on my feedback. I didn't end up finding a shoe that fit how I needed it to (very wide feet), but the assistant manager was more helpful than I can describe.
The music in the store was top-notch, too. I'd never heard of TRAAMS before!”
“This Old Navy store sells a large selection of apparel for women, men, and children. When I shopped here, I thought that some of the regular prices were high and that the sale prices were low. I chose three tank tops, and they had a low price, a nice style, and good quality. I would recommend that the employees more frequently greet customers.”

I was hesitant about driving the hour to attempt and exchange them but was pleasantly surprised at how Jenny the manager was and handled it. She exchanged my pants no problem at all no extra fees no hassle nothing negative to say. I decided to buy another pair as well and leave a good review because it was well deserved.”
