“Simay and Sue have the best customer service. They are so great to work with that I look for things to paint so I can come buy their paint. Also….best products ever!!!!”
“I find myself glad to be able to pick paint matches up for my clients because John is so friendly and accommodating. His matches beat the big box stores because he actually cares.”
“Zach Thomas is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to listen to the details of my project and came up with a solution. I will definitely be doing all my business at this store from now on.”
“This is simply the best sherwin Williams location in the Pittsburgh area. As a professional contractor I have visited many SW locations and this by far my favorite. The staff is knowledgeable and always accommodating. I will actually travel out of my way to visit this store. Great work!”
“I love this Sherwin-Williams location on Perry Hwy in Wexford, Pa.The staff is very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the customer service, not only towards me, but to the other customers in the store as well. Customer service these days seems to be at an all time low in many industries, it’s refreshing to see a company who obviously places customer service and education over “making the sell”.Steve, the manager, is personalable and an outstanding asset to the company. The other staff is outstanding as well: Chris, Alisha and Tyler. The expertise, customer experience, material quality and exceptional service is definitely more valuable than going to a big box store to save a few bucks for less quality.”
“The Color Palette has amazing staff and products. We had a complicated request and drove from several hours away to come here and they were able to get us what we needed with ease. They also have a better variety of quality furniture refinishing supplies than I've seen elsewhere. We're thrilled with our experience. Thank you so much!”
“After striking out with two suppliers near me (south hills) I called, talked to a very knowledgeable lady, who confirmed they had the type of vinyl soffet I needed. Easy to find, very nice folks to deal with, reasonaly priced, loaded me up and helped secure my load.”
“Extremely helpful staff to help me with my paint and spackle questions. Didn't oversell me on anything and helped me pick out the supplies I needed. I brought in a paint chip and they were able to do a color match as well.”

“Conner did what ever he had to do to make our colors exactly what we set out to find, and he went above and beyond and stayed late. Also he got us the absolute best deal on supplies during their sale which tomorrow is the last day of. Thank you so much!!!!!!!”
“Hooked me up with cans of auto paint (and primer and clearcoat) super fast, called first thing in the morning and they had it waiting for me at the counter by noon. Customer service was great.”

“What a great experience I had at this Sherwin Williams store! The store was clean and the staff was friendly. They had exactly what I needed and helped me with my questions. I would come here over HD anyday!!”
“These guys are always so friendly and helpful. I was in the store last week and a gentleman was running the show by himself when a woman was filling bags and bags full of items to steal and casually walked out the front door without paying.
I got a shot of her from the back.. anyone know this woman?? Call The Sherwin Williams on Center Ave..
** Please get security cameras**”
“This is a nice paint store in the Strip District. The staff is friendly, helpful and patient. They're also very efficient. This was my second trip to this store. The painter had called in an order for a gallon, so I went to pick it up. Everything was ready, I just paid and left. The first trip was to pick up paint for the entire house. There was probably 18-20 gallons of paint. The staff took the paint out to my SUV and loaded it into the back. A great experience overall!”
“We can highly recommend Sherwin Williams In Aspinwall. We recently closed on a nearby property and needed to paint the entire interior. Although we had previously worked out our color palette and knew what we wanted, there were some questions we had that the staff here was knowledgeable in answering. We were in the store a few times over the period of painting and Rachel was the employee we ended up seeing and dealing with the most. She was extremely helpful in her suggestions, including when we were struggling a bit with a paint roller that should have worked better for us. She gave us a different one to try which was significantly better for us. A huge thank you to Rachel, and kudos to the store with its personable staff!”
“You can't beat the superb customer service at the Forest Hills store. I come away from my visits feeling I got the best product for my painting needs. Plus I like having coupons to offset the price!”

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jordan! He went above and beyond to help me and completely turned around how I felt about shopping at Sherwin-Williams. After having a horrible experience at another nearby location, I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d come back. Jordan was incredibly helpful, kind, and made me feel like a person, not just another number walking through the door. He was apologetic about the situation I had before and made sure I left feeling taken care of. This is the kind of service that makes all the difference, thank you, Jordan!”

“This Sherwin-Williams store sells paints and painting supplies for homeowners and professionals. When I entered this store, two employees smiled, said warm hellos, and offered any necessary assistance. I spent time looking at the large selection of paint colors. I took many free color samples home, and after I decided on a particular color, I purchased it. The paints here are expensive, but sometimes coupons are available.”
