“I have just relocated to Pittsburgh and it has been a tough transition. Erin and Lisa both assisted me in this process. Lisa stayed at work almost an hour after her scheduled time just to rent me the unit. She treated me as if she was not about to get off and walked me to show me the different spaces. Erin and Lisa both have been amazing and definitely gave me some ease in this transition!! If you need to store your things big or small I definitely recommend this location.”

I never expected to have such a great experience where I upgraded to a bigger unit even! I love how peaceful the location is. BONUS! The manager Jeannie - is amazing! She is patient, kind, easy to do business with, and extremely savvy with how to get me an upgraded unit that was on special! She definitely understood me and my stressful lifestyle & was very accommodating towards my needs. The facility is clean and well-run. Plus you can rent out a moving truck if you need to! Thank you to everyone here for being the least stressful part of my life!”
“Samm and the crew (Bobby, Shane, Darwin, John, Kyle, James, Shamas, JB, Nick, Dashawn’s, Jordan and Blaze) of 12 guys were fantastic! They were all polite and worked hard. Sam really went the extra mile - always asking where things should
go, making sure the furniture was arranged in the way we wanted it, letting us know when they found something broken (all of the items he alerted us to had been damaged prior to the move). Moving is stressful; Samm and his team helped alleviate that stress with their “can do” attitudes and Samm’s independent and strategic thinking. We are very thankful that we had such helpful partners in our move!”

“On move-in, I somehow ended up with the wrong keys for my unit, but the front office took good care of me and fixed the problem by cutting off the lock and replacing it with one with the correct keys and all. And they did not charge me to fix the problem. Thank you Sean!”
