Customer service was helpful in securing a unit for me, they even put my vehicle back. But the elevator was and still is broken which made it difficult to move all of my things upstairs.

The office meeting space was comfortable and quiet. The receptionist, Hope, was so nice. The space was very clean and their air conditioner is top notch. I will definitely be back and I would recommend to anyone needing a meeting space.
