“Excellent Customer Service from the time you walk in the door until you transaction is complete. Delivery was exceptional. In-store service was exceptional. Everything was just perfect. DILLON and Rodney were very polite and they actually care about their service and if you’re happy with them. I wish I could give 10. Stars because I would. Lynn and his team are exceptional.”

“We just had a wonderful experience with Andrea Castille in the window blinds department!!! We didn't know what exactly we wanted or where to start. She made the whole process very simple and actually very fun! We'll be back as long as we're treated like that!!! Thank you Andrea!”
“Im loving this location, been there several times in the past 2 weeks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, one of the cashiers was rude despite my politeness. It seemed odd, so I gave 4 stars instead of 5”

“We purchased a full size mattress recently. Jim was so helpful and amazing to deal with. We felt defeated after going to or calling over a dozen stores in the altoona area only to find out that they do not have mattresses in stock for you to take home with you that day. Most places you have to wait 1-2 weeks or more and some places do not even have displays available to try before buying. The other issue was the outrageous prices. Not at American Freight. They have lots of choices, lots of in stock items and great prices. I will go here first for anything we need from now on.”
