“I've tried building my second computer myself. Wouldn't boot. Had my friends help me afterwork.. still Wouldn't boot. Sent it to eLeet, and he diagnosed my computer found out my powersupply was DOA... He called me multiple times to update me on progress. They are good people. That do honest work. For a good price. Im very happy with the service. I'll be taking future projects here.”
“I've bought multiple items from this store for over 10yrs. Never had a issue always professional and treats a person like family. Any issues I've had have been immediately cured. Any negative reviews I take as a grain of salt. 99% of the time the person leaving a bad review will leave out what they themselves said or did to have a bad experience. Anything I need that isn't in stock they work quickly to get it in for me. Awesome service and staff!!!”

“My husband went to the (not this one) Verizon store in LTC, Altoona, getting info for a new phone. The sales ppl were obnoxious, pushy, and would not listen to what he wanted…. They just wanted a sale
and would not relent.
So we ended up at LVMall here at the Wireless Zone.
I needed a new phone. The staff was amazing, the current offer was beyond what we could imagine, and not once did anyone try to push anything beyond what we wanted ( such as add another phone line to plan).
Thaddeus, or Trey, was absolutely amiable, kind, funny and very helpful.
He, Ally, and another guy answered many questions and helped us navigate the new phone. They were super helpful in aiding me picking which phone I needed.
Ally really helped finish us up when we came back to pick up new phone after data was transferred. So pleased with the deal we got…. It was all worth the fee charged to transfer data between phones.
We recommend this spot in the mall!
