They did offer to make everything right by buying the truck back in full and allowing me to shop elsewhere. I do believe the hiccup that I had was rare and Stuckey does their best as a dealership. Human errors do occur.”

“The CEL on my Miata had been on for 3 years - I was brushed off every time I asked a few other local mechanics to check on a specific issue, as directed by someone at Mazda corporate. Someone in a PA Miata group recommended Randy's, so I brought it to them for an inspection and oil change, and asked them to check the suspected area. They readily agreed and when they called to tell me it was ready, they said they found the problem in that area and fixed it, as well as fixed a vacuum seal leak. For the first time in 3 years, no CEL on my beloved car! Not only that, but I was (very pleasantly!) surprised at the reasonable price. As a woman who does a lot of my own car repairs and actually knows a thing or two, I also greatly appreciated being spoken to as an equal, not an idiot. I own two vehicles and will absolutely be taking both there going forward, as well as recommending them to friends. Thanks, guys!”

Usually their parts are way cheaper than their competitors, too. They say you get what you pay for, but I haven't had a single issue yet. “Pat and his Mechanic did an awesome job upgrading the entire leaf spring suspension on my Travel Trailer. They replaced everything entirely with MORryde heavy duty wetbolts, shackles, Equalizers, and better quality springs. While at it they also replaced the Wheel Bearings with USA made Timken Bearings and added RoadMaster shocks. They also reinforced all 6 spring hangers and installed MORryde XFactor Crossmembers. A world of difference. It is a completely different Trailer that rides like a Cadillac. Zero sway and completely silent. It is now road worthy of an 8,000 mile round trip to Alaska this summer! Communication, turn around and price was great. Very pleased!”
